Salesforce and external actions
Our action contract specifies the selected entity, measure context, requested operation, user identity, approval requirement, idempotency key, and expected result. We implement an authorized workflow or integration endpoint; a dashboard filter or a model-generated suggestion is never treated as authorization to write.
Modernization and parity testing
We inventory published sources, calculations, filters, row-level access, refreshes, and usage. For each asset, the plan records retain, reuse, redesign, or retire. Validation covers business totals, filter behavior, access boundaries, and the results of any connected action.
An engineering handover
