The network specification
In the documented Agent Fabric architecture, Anypoint Code Builder uses agent-network.yaml and exchange.json. Agent Registry catalogs assets; Agent Broker coordinates work; Flex Gateway governs traffic; Agent Visualizer exposes interactions. MCP connects tools, while A2A connects agents. A production network design
Our proposed design separates business domains, limits each broker’s tool set, and defines routing, timeouts, approval checkpoints, and escalation ownership. We specify which operations are deterministic and which allow model-driven selection. Deployment artifacts, dependencies, and environment settings are versioned together.
Identity, gateways and cost

Model selection and Koa

Agentforce and Slack work surfaces
We design Slack entry points for agent conversations, contextual handoffs, approvals, and exception routing. Our test plan covers normal tasks, ambiguous instructions, denied access, malicious retrieved content, duplicate requests, unavailable tools, and escalation. Acceptance criteria track task completion and correctness of business-system changes—not merely fluent answers.

What is the difference between Agentforce and MuleSoft Agent Fabric?
Agentforce is Salesforce’s platform for building and running agents. MuleSoft Agent Fabric is designed as a control plane for discovering, connecting, orchestrating, governing, and observing agents, APIs, models, and MCP tools across multiple platforms.
Does SilverSoft implement MCP and A2A integrations?
SilverSoft can design MCP tool contracts for agent-to-tool interactions and A2A integrations for agent-to-agent collaboration. Each design defines identity, permissions, schemas, side effects, timeouts, failure handling, and audit requirements.
How are agents tested before production?
